Support Spring Mill Elementary with every dollar you give!
Spring Mill PTO is doing Fall Fundraiser in hopes of raising the majority of funds the PTO needs to provide free and low-cost events throughout the school year!
There will be multiple tiers of rewards: each student, class, grade, and the school have opportunities to earn rewards!
REWARDS
Student Level Reward:
The student who raises the most money will get a PTO catered lunch with three friends of their choosing! Make sure you identify the student you're donating on behalf of when you make your donation!
Class Level Rewards:
Each class has a goal of hitting $300. Each class will be incentivized along the way.
-Every class that is able to raise $150 will get a pajama day!
-Every class that is able to raise $225 will get one day where they get to eat lunch outside.
-Every class that is able to raise $300 will get to participate in an extra recess with music and free popcorn!
-If classes hit their stretch goal of $425, every student in those classes will be entered into a school-wide raffle for a $100 gift card
Grade level rewards:
The grade with the highest dollar value in donations will win a pizza party!
School level rewards:
If we hit our STRETCH goal of $10,000, we will have a Bounce House at recess for the whole school!!!
***These goals are accumulative. For example, if a class manages to raise $225 or more, they will receive a pajama day plus a day where they get to eat lunch outside. If a class raises $300 or more, they will receive a pajama day, a day where they get to eat lunch outside AND a day where they get an extra recess with music and popcorn, so on and so forth***
HOW WE SPENT FUNDS FROM LAST YEAR
Thanks to your donations, Spring Mill was able to raise $10,000 last year through our Fall Fundraiser. We used those funds to subsidize over $4,700 worth of grants reimbursing teacher expenses for classroom supplies and events provided to your children. The funds also covered nearly 60% of costs associated with providing low-cost community events such as Bulldogtober Fest and Spring Fling, subsidizing classroom parties for teachers who didn't receive enough parent donations and providing free childcare for events like our back-to-school night Bulldog Huddle.
HOW WE WILL SPEND THIS YEAR’S FUNDS
The overall PTO minimum fundraising goal is $10,000. If each class meets their class goal of $300, we will be able to raise that much. Those funds will be used to subsidize teacher grants and PTO sponsored school events as they were last year. If the PTO is able to raise our stretch goal of $12,000, we will be able to ensure all teachers have the opportunity to receive their grants (only 65% of Spring Mill teachers applied for and received grants last year) and we will be able to fund additional enrichment opportunities for our Spring Mill Bulldogs!
